Featuring Pond5 Ambient Music Cuts

Today on my Twitter feed I'm featuring my Ambient Music Cuts collection at Pond5. This collection includes varied musical styles. Some are more atmospheric and ethereal, others are downright scary.

The collection includes two of my more popular stock music tracks:

"Ambient Shifting" is a good choice for explainers and similar presentations and has been used by National Geographic. You can hear it in the background beginning just before the 0:50 mark.

"Ambient Ominous" is a menacing background that fits well with hard-hitting documentaries.

I hope you'll check out the entire collection and come back for new work coming off the pipeline.

Featured Stock Music Track, Week of April 4, 2016

"Dark Tragedy" is this week's featured royalty-free stock music track at the website. This ambient and melancholy track in B minor sets a sad mood under your cinematic, science fiction, or documentary projects. The symphonic synths and textures provide an ethereal and otherworldly feeling, conveying a sense of tragic aftermath.

Featured Track, Week of March 21, 2016

This week's featured royalty-free stock music track at the website is "Dark Ambient Cinematic." This ponderous, hybrid orchestral-electronic track would make a good introduction or trailer for your dark dramatic production. You could also use it as a musical backdrop for post-apocalyptic scenes.

Announcing Netherscapes

I'm now working on a new project to create a series of ambient soundscapes for listening or use as background music for films, videos, or your personal environmental space. I call the series "Netherscapes."

A Quiet, Uplifting Musical Background

"Quiet Resilience" is a gently uplifting musical background suggesting hope, perseverance, and strength of the human spirit. You can also use it as a relaxing underscore to accompany nature scenes, clouds, and similar content in your media projects.

An Eerie, Creepy Soundscape

Random noises and pitch-shifted wind chimes punctuate this 100-second cut that evokes feelings of the macabre in your video, podcast, or other media project.

Marking 100 Uploads to Pond5

This week I'm marking my 100th upload to Pond5. I hope this year to expand my marketing efforts beyond that site. In the meantime, I'm working on doing some things within Pond5. For example, I now have a collection of ambient tracks and cues for those who are specifically interested in that style. You can find it here.
